| AHF Announces Sixth Annual Readers’ Choice Finalists
Affordable Housing Finance is pleased to announce the finalists of its sixth annual Readers’ Choice Awards for the nation’s best developments of 2009-2010. Finalists were announced in nine categories; readers will vote on the finalists as they are presented in the July issue of Affordable Housing Finance magazine. In the category of senior housing, the following four projects were selected for national voting: • Alta Torre in Palo Alto, Calif.; developed by BRIDGE Housing • The Birches at Esopus in Ulster Park, N.Y.; developed by Birchez Associates, LLC • Senior City Apartments in Federal Way, Wash.; developed by Korean Women’s Association • The Terraces on Tulane in New Orleans; developed by Volunteers of America |
