Captured during and after the ribbon cutting for The Birches at Esopus, an 80 unit energy efficient, affordable community for seniors. Located in the town of Esopus in the Historic Hudson Valley, the site provides landscaped grounds overlooking the Hudson River. Narrated by Ward Todd, President of the Ulster County Chamber of Commerce, who served as emcee for the ribbon cutting. To his right at the podium is Steven L. Aaron, Founder & Managing Partner of Birchez Associates, and Rep. Maurice Hinchey, a speaker at the event.
