Bookkeeper: Must have a minimum of three years experience in construction/real estate development accounting. Must be computer literate with experience in Quickbooks and a construction softward program. Looking for three years accounting specifically in heavy accounts payable, receivables, bank reconciliations and job costing. Property Manager: Experienced property manager sought by the premier Hudson River Valley property Management company — Rondout Properties, one of the Birchez family of companies. Tax certification (LIHTC) a definite plus as is working knowledge of YARDI property management software. People skills essential as position requires working with senior residents in community setting as well as coordinating maintenance staff. Must be able to thrive in fast-paced environment. Depending on skills, the candidate would be responsible for 80 to 140 apartments. Activities Assistant: The ideal applicant must love working with seniors, have a creative sense of fun, be organized, have some computer skills, be clued into the community at large, and be willing to travel to and from our communities within Ulster County.  This is a full-position with an occasional evening or weekend event. Live-in Maintenance: Our property management team has an opening for a full-time live-in maintenance person. Quarters are definitely above the norm you would expect for most custodial positions — a separate, stylish, 3 bedroom residence (brand new). Job requirements include all general maintenance pertaining to the facility: snow removal, grounds maintenance, janitorial duties, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance tasks. HVAC certification is a plus. This is an on-call position including maintenance, fire and medical emergency calls. Applicant must be motivated, able to take direction well and maintain the facility to a high standard. IT Manager: Exciting possibilities for growth in this IT position.
