Chief Financial Officer: The chief financial officer (CFO) is responsible for all financial matters of Birchez Associates LLC and its affiliate organizations.  The CFO will report to and work closely with the Managing Member.  In addition, s/he will partner with the senior leadership to develop and implement strategies across the organization.  The CFO will oversee all compliance and recognition for contracts and government (federal and state) contracts.  Recent construction and tax credit experience important. S/he must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace. Senior Property Manager: Must have tax certification experience. Prefer working knowledge of YARDI. People skills important for both staff and resident interaction. The position would oversee five properties and staff — four affordable housing communities and one work-force housing community for a total of under 400 units. Must be able to thrive in fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills. Responsible for overall tax certification filings. Resumes to kjmcintyre@birchez.com.

Property Manager: Some property management and/or real estate experience preferred. Tax certification a definite plus as is working knowledge of YARDI. People skills essential as position requires working with senior residents in community setting as well as coordinating maintenance staff. Must be able to thrive in fast-paced environment. Live-in Maintenance: Our property management team has an opening for a full-time live-in maintenance person. Job requirements include all general maintenance pertaining to the facility: snow removal, grounds maintenance, janitorial duties, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance tasks. HVAC certification is a plus. This is an on-call position including maintenance, fire and medical emergency calls. Applicant must be motivated, able to take direction well and maintain the facility to a high standard. Document Specialist: Entry level position for self starter with strong work ethic combined with great organizational, computer and communication skills.
